Just downloaded Beta 3.1. No errors in install routine.

When launching

Unhandled exception:

The TX Text Control kernel DLL file could not be found.

Running Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise on Intel Xeon with 4 GB.

Have administrator rights.

I'd appreciate debugging suggestions.
